With over 21 years of experience at Blue Star, Sushil has been instrumental in the company’s manufacturing operations, previously serving as Senior General Manager of Manufacturing at the Dadra & Wada Plants.

He worked as an Assistant Manager at Electrolux Limited, Senior Officer at Furn Plastic Limited (VIP Group Company), Technical Executive at IFB Industries Ltd, and Production Supervisor at Voltas Ltd. These positions helped him build a solid foundation in manufacturing and operations management. Sushil Deshpande is highly skilled in areas such as key account management, new business development, and competitive analysis. His expertise extends to engineering, metal fabrication, and procurement, making him a well-rounded leader in the manufacturing sector.
