Deepak Handoo, a seasoned professional in product engineering services, has joined L&T Technology Services as the Global Strategy and Business Development Head (Industrial Products). With a career marked by strategic leadership and innovation, Deepak brings a wealth of experience to his new role.Deepak’s expertise includes strategic planning, account management, operations management, and leading cross-functional teams. His ability to deliver complex engineering solutions and drive business growth has earned him numerous accolades and endorsements.

Before joining L&T Technology Services, Deepak held significant positions at several prominent organizations. He served as Executive Vice President at Agiliad for over 12 years, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s engineering and technology vision. Prior to that, he was Senior Director at Capgemini Engineering, driving growth in industrial controls and heavy machinery. His early career included a foundational role as Assistant Manager at Reliance Industries Limited. At Reliance Industries Limited, he began as an Assistant Manager, where he was key in automation projects. He then advanced to Senior Director at Capgemini Engineering, leading major engineering services initiatives and securing significant global deals. At Agiliad, he was responsible for driving corporate strategy, innovation, and building a high-performing engineering team focused on collaborative solutions with top global companies.
