Dr. Divakar Saxena Joins Piramal Capital & Housing Finance as Vice President

Dr. Divakar Saxena has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President and Zonal Head for West India in the Used Car Loans division at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services and automotive sectors, Dr. Saxena brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position. He will be responsible for expanding the company’s used car loan business across the western region of India, leveraging his extensive background in auto loans and financial management.

Before joining Piramal, Dr. Saxena held several prominent positions at Mahindra Finance, where he spent nearly a decade. His roles included Division Manager for Pre-Owned Car Loans and Territory Head, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s auto loan business across different regions. His tenure at Mahindra Finance gave him a deep understanding of the NBFC sector, further enriching his leadership skills in finance and distribution management.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Saxena gained valuable experience at HDFC Bank, where he worked as a Relationship Manager for Inventory Funding and Sales Manager for Auto Loans. His career journey also includes a role at Kataria Automobiles as a Sales Consultant and eight years at where he served as Director, focusing on export marketing. With his new position at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, Dr. Saxena is poised to make significant strides in the used car loans sector, bringing his broad expertise to an evolving market.
