KathaVersse Media Network appoints Kishore Chatterjee as brand partnerships head
KathaVersse Media Network has appointed Kishore Chatterjee as the Head of Brand Partnerships, marking a significant step in enhancing its brand partnerships team. This move aims to bolster content intellectual property (IP) sales across the company’s fiction and non-fiction brands, including Antenaaa Studios and Digital Commentary. With more than 20 years of experience in content selling across various sectors, Chatterjee is well-equipped to lead this initiative.
In his new position, Chatterjee will focus on driving brand partnerships for KathaVersse’s diverse content IP portfolio. His extensive background in sales and business development, particularly from his recent role at Dainik Bhaskar’s radio division, MY FM, positions him as a key player in expanding KathaVersse’s reach in the marketplace. His expertise will be crucial in fostering relationships that enhance the company’s content offerings.
Kishore Chatterjee’s career began at Getit Infomediary, after which he moved to the newspaper division of Dainik Bhaskar. He then joined Next Radio, where he led advertising sales at Radio One, followed by a successful seven-year tenure as Sales Head at MY FM. His vast experience across retail, B2B, newspapers, and FM radio equips him with a unique perspective on brand partnerships.
Chatterjee’s vision aligns closely with KathaVersse’s aim of creating enduring content IPs tailored for the Bharat audience, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. His commitment to leveraging his extensive network and experience in branded content sales will be instrumental in driving the growth of video content IPs, an area that presents significant opportunities for expansion.
