Pallavi Mishra Joins Scimplify as Head of Human Resources

Pallavi Mishra has embarked on a new journey as the Head of Human Resources at Scimplify, effective October 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles, Pallavi is poised to enhance Scimplify’s people and culture initiatives. Her expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy will be instrumental in fostering a thriving workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values.

Prior to her role at Scimplify, Pallavi spent over three years at Groww, where she led People and Culture initiatives focused on improving hiring efficiencies for technology teams. Her strategic approach to the hire-to-retire cycle helped shape the careers of numerous engineering, product, and design professionals. Pallavi’s tenure at BlackBuck further solidified her expertise, where she served as a Senior Business HR Partner, significantly impacting employee experience and organizational growth.

Pallavi’s extensive background also includes impactful stints at ICICI Lombard and SmartOwner, where she honed her skills in HR business partnering and talent management. Notably, during her time at ICICI Lombard, she played a pivotal role in implementing flood relief initiatives for employees during the devastating 2015 floods in Tamil Nadu, showcasing her commitment to employee welfare and community support.
