Neha Khicha Takes on New Role as Director, Strategic Business & Talent Partner at The Hershey Company
Neha Khicha has recently embraced an exciting new position as the Director, Strategic Business & Talent Partner – India, APAC, EMEA, and World Travel Retail at The Hershey Company. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources across various functions, Neha has established herself as a versatile leader in organizational change management, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives. Her journey to this role is marked by significant contributions in fostering organizational growth and employee development across the regions she now leads.
In her new role, Neha will be responsible for advancing strategic HR goals across India, the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her previous experiences as Senior Manager, Strategic Business & Talent Partner at Hershey have undoubtedly prepared her to excel in this role, where she has already proven her capabilities in leadership and capability development, employee engagement, and transformation management. Her new responsibilities also include overseeing talent management initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive key business objectives.
Before joining The Hershey Company, Neha held several key roles, including as a Regional HR Business Partner at MCN Middle East Communications Network, where she played a strategic role in advancing talent management, employee relations, and performance coaching. Her track record of successfully managing complex change management projects at Boeing, where she was a Change Management Lead, has equipped her with expertise in implementing large-scale organizational strategies, employee training, and transformation initiatives. Her time at Boeing also included working as a Leadership, Learning & Organizational Capability Client Services Lead, where she spearheaded talent management and leadership development programs across multiple regions.
Neha’s extensive experience spans industries and regions, including working with Virtusa as Campus Hiring Lead and Sify Technologies as an HR Business Partner. Her ability to design and deploy strategic HR programs while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement has earned her recognition and success at every stage of her career.
