Preetam Jena Joins Fixderma as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of eCommerce
Preetam Jena has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of eCommerce at Fixderma, a leading skincare brand known for its dermat-prescribed products. With over 15 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and MarTech, Preetam brings a wealth of expertise to the company. Reporting directly to co-founder and CEO Shaily Mehrotra, he has taken charge of the brand’s marketing strategies and digital presence, marking a new chapter for Fixderma.
In his new role, Preetam will be responsible for spearheading Fixderma’s marketing initiatives, including partnerships with key events such as IPL’s Delhi Capitals and SplitsvillaX5. His experience includes notable positions at companies like Reckitt, Accor, and FirstCry.com, where his data-driven strategies contributed to substantial brand growth and increased customer engagement.
Before joining Fixderma, Preetam served as the Head of Digital, CRM, and D2C at Reckitt, leading initiatives in customer acquisition, retention, and digital automation. He also held leadership roles at Accor and PHD, overseeing digital media and performance across the APAC region. His diverse experience across industries and regions positions him to strengthen Fixderma’s market presence and expand its digital reach.
