Amit Kumar Sharda Joins Indo National Limited as Head of Human Resources

Amit Kumar Sharda has joined Indo National Limited, the company behind the Nippo brand, as the Head of Human Resources. Bringing over 18 years of experience, Amit’s expertise in talent management, HR transformation, and employee engagement positions him to lead Indo National’s HR initiatives effectively. His appointment is expected to drive key strategies focused on enhancing workforce development and optimizing HR processes.

Before joining Indo National Limited, Amit Kumar Sharda played a pivotal role at CavinKare, where he served as the HR Business Partner Lead. During his tenure, he spearheaded various HR initiatives, including HR automation, performance appraisal management, and talent strategies across international markets. His experience in establishing Centers of Excellence (COEs) for HR processes and policy implementation reflects his ability to drive transformation across organizations.

In his previous roles, Amit gained extensive experience at IFMR Trust, where he managed recruitment and employee relations in sectors like microfinance, capital markets, and investments. His work focused on onboarding processes, employee induction, and campus hiring, which laid the foundation for his career in human resources management. Earlier in his career, he also worked at MaFoi, where he specialized in recruitment for IT and ITES sectors.
