Sandeep Devapur Joins NTT DATA as Director of Enterprise Architecture (APAC)

Sandeep Devapur has recently been appointed as the Director of Enterprise Architecture for NTT DATA, Inc., covering the APAC region. With over 20 years of experience in digital transformations and strategic leadership, Sandeep is expected to drive key initiatives in enterprise architecture for the company. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and leading global teams across multiple industries.

Prior to joining NTT DATA, Sandeep held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nivasoft, where he led operational strategies and organizational growth. He was also the Global Head of Product Management at Bekaert, overseeing customer and commercial excellence across B2B and B2C eCommerce, digital marketing, and CRM initiatives. His extensive experience in delivering value-driven projects helped him make a significant impact on organizational outcomes.

In his previous roles, Sandeep served as the Commercial Transformation Leader at Carrier, where he led digital and physical sales transformations, improving customer experiences and business growth. He was also the Global Head of Customer Experience Practice at Diageo, heading Salesforce-based initiatives that aimed at enhancing customer engagement and experience. His leadership in CRM implementations at SaaSfocus enabled successful customer-focused transformations through real-time analytics and AI-driven solutions.

In his new role at NTT DATA, Sandeep will focus on implementing robust enterprise architecture strategies to support digital innovation and transformation. His strong background in managing global teams, driving sales transformations, and spearheading product management initiatives positions him well to lead the company’s APAC operations toward success.
