Aanchal Singh Joins as Director – People Team at Worley

Aanchal Singh has recently taken on the role of Director – People Team at Worley, where she leads People Partnering and Operations for a team of 7,400 engineering and allied talent. This new position highlights Aanchal’s focus on engaging, developing, and inspiring talent to foster a more sustainable world. Her vast experience in people management aligns well with this key leadership role.

Prior to this, Aanchal served as Associate Director – People Team at Worley India, managing a workforce of over 7,300 employees. In this role, she successfully led people operations and partnership initiatives to drive efficiency and promote a collaborative work culture. Her efforts contributed significantly to aligning workforce strategies with the company’s broader mission.

Before joining Worley, Aanchal held senior positions at Tata Motors, including Head of HR for the Passenger & Electric Vehicles (Sales, Marketing & Customer Care) division. During her tenure, she played an essential role in scaling up the business and fostering a culture of competence and agility within the workforce. Her expertise in managing HR operations for diverse and rapidly growing sectors made her an instrumental leader at Tata Motors.

Aanchal’s career also includes her tenure as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion at Tata Motors. There, she was responsible for key talent initiatives such as identifying high-potential individuals, talent classification, and deploying development plans across various business units. Her strategic contributions to diversity and inclusion helped create a more inclusive and engaging work environment.
