Rajesh brings extensive expertise in overseeing complex engineering endeavors, which aligns with his new responsibilities at Kalpataru. His new role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Previously, Rajesh held a significant leadership position as Global Engineering Leader at GE Renewable Energy. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving engineering excellence across various projects, showcasing his deep understanding of global power infrastructure. Rajesh’s strategic insights and leadership in managing engineering projects have been instrumental in optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency in the power sector.
Rajesh’s career also includes serving as Manager of Engineering and Head of Power at WorleyParsons, where he was pivotal in developing an engineering execution center in India. His leadership in establishing frameworks and structures for power plant design highlights his ability to innovate and lead large-scale initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Rajesh served as Project Engineering Manager at Alstom Power, managing major projects like the NTPC Solapur and Nabinagar Super Critical Thermal Power Plants. His experience in handling high-capacity power projects demonstrates his proficiency in managing engineering operations and delivering results.
