Shweta Guru Joins Auxilo Finserve Private Limited as Chief Business Officer

Shweta Guru has recently joined Auxilo Finserve Private Limited as the Chief Business Officer for their Education Loans division. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing key business verticals, including Sales, Credit, Product, and Contact Centre functions. Bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning and product development, Shweta is set to lead the charge in scaling up Auxilo’s education loans portfolio.

Prior to this, Shweta held the position of Head of Retail Asset Products at Aditya Birla Finance Limited. Her extensive experience in managing multiple retail asset products, including personal loans, business loans, micro business loans, and co-lending products, highlights her proficiency in handling comprehensive financial products. At Aditya Birla, she was actively involved in guiding sales teams, driving cross-sell initiatives, and leveraging data intelligence to optimize retail lending solutions.

In her previous tenure at IDFC First Bank, Shweta played a pivotal role as the National Head for Business and Professional Loans. During her time there, she built business loans for the professional segment from the ground up, hiring a skilled team and establishing robust channels for business growth. Her work demonstrated strong innovation management skills and the ability to drive impactful financial strategies.

Throughout her career, Shweta has showcased expertise in business planning, financial product development, and strategic management.
