Yogesh Darji Appointed as Managing Director of HDFC Securities IFSC Ltd. (HSIL)

Yogesh Darji has been appointed as the Managing Director of HDFC Securities IFSC Ltd. (HSIL), highlighting the company’s strategic focus on expanding its international financial services at India’s GIFT City. In this new position, Yogesh will be responsible for leveraging the benefits of the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) to deliver a broad range of innovative solutions for domestic and international clients.

With nearly two decades of experience in the financial sector, Yogesh brings valuable expertise to this role. Before this appointment, he successfully served as the NRI Desk Head at HDFC Securities, where he developed efficient sales channels and elevated client satisfaction. His prior experience as a Debt Market Dealer at Brics Securities also honed his skills in managing trading activities for banks and mutual funds.

Under Yogesh’s leadership, HSIL aims to introduce a trading platform on the NSE IX, allowing clients to engage in Futures and Options markets and invest in Unsponsored Depository Receipts (UDRs) linked to top U.S. stocks. The company is also preparing to launch financial products such as Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Mutual Funds, pending approval from the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA).

Dhiraj Relli, CEO of HDFC Securities, expressed confidence in Yogesh’s appointment, acknowledging his extensive experience in equity and debt markets and his expertise in NRI financial services.
