With more than 17 years of experience in banking, Siddhartha’s career reflects a deep dedication to structured finance, showcasing a proven track record in driving high-yield strategies at leading financial institutions.

Prior to joining CSB Bank, Siddhartha served as Senior Vice President of Structured Finance at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he contributed significantly to developing and managing financing solutions tailored for high-yield projects. His nearly 14-year tenure at IndusInd Bank saw him progress from Assistant Vice President in Corporate & Investment Banking to Senior Vice President of Structured Finance, further refining his skills in creating complex financial products. Siddhartha’s early career includes roles at Macquarie Group, Ambit Corporate Finance, and ICICI Bank, where he gained a solid foundation in investment banking and structured products.
