Muvva Spandana Appointed as Head of HR at Acelot Innovation Private Limited

Muvva Spandana has taken on the role of Head of HR at Acelot Innovation Private Limited, marking a significant step forward in her career. Since joining in September 2024, Spandana has been instrumental in overseeing the HR operations and implementing HR policies at Acelot’s Delhi office. Her extensive background in HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement aligns seamlessly with Acelot’s commitment to fostering a progressive workplace culture.

Prior to joining Acelot, Spandana served as Human Resources Coordinator at Snicare Technology Services Pvt Ltd from April 2020 to February 2024. During her tenure, she worked remotely from Hyderabad, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, HR policy development, and employee relations. Her contributions helped establish a supportive and structured HR environment that promoted talent retention and workforce development.

Earlier in her career, Spandana held the role of Head HR & Admin at Dr.ITM Limited from March 2016 to October 2017, where she led initiatives in recruitment, organizational structuring, and employee engagement. Her role involved strategic planning for HR management and compensation structures, which strengthened HR’s alignment with business goals. Spandana also managed budgeting activities and developed hiring strategies to meet organizational demands.

With a solid foundation in training and development, Muvva previously worked at Karvy Data Management Services Ltd as a Training Coordinator from 2011 to 2016. This role honed her skills in preparing training calendars and coordinating large-scale training programs. Her early career included roles as a Trainer and Soft Skills Trainer at Hinduja Global Solutions and in Guntur, where she developed her expertise in employee development and HR best practices.
