Pramit Sen Appointed as Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank

Pramit Sen has recently joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as the Executive Vice President – Human Resources, bringing an impressive track record of HR leadership and transformation expertise. In this role, Pramit is set to drive strategic HR initiatives, focusing on people management and aligning HR processes to strengthen the organization’s workforce. His experience in HR transformation and culture change will play a crucial role in the bank’s continued focus on talent management and employee engagement.

Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pramit served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), where he led a two-year transformation program in HR operations, emphasizing employee benefits design and management development. His contributions at NSDL included strategic enhancements in talent acquisition and total rewards strategies, further showcasing his capability to elevate HR functions in highly regulated environments.

Earlier in his career, Pramit held significant HR roles with Axis Bank, HDFC Life, and L&T Finance, where he developed deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, HRIS implementation, and people management. His leadership in project management and training and development has been integral to each of these institutions, where he has consistently supported organizational goals through innovative HR solutions.

Pramit’s journey in HR also includes experience at Wadhawan Food Retail and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he managed HR operations across multiple regions.
