Sharath Hari Appointed as Head of Marketing at Mana Projects Pvt Ltd

Sharath Hari has been appointed as the new Head of Marketing at Mana Projects Pvt Ltd, bringing over a decade of expertise in marketing strategy, digital growth, and brand communications. In this role, Sharath will oversee the strategic direction of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility for Mana Projects in the competitive real estate market.

Prior to joining Mana Projects, Sharath co-founded SOCIAL FLOW and served as a pivotal leader in shaping digital strategies and brand launches from January 2020 to September 2024. His tenure as co-founder allowed him to fine-tune essential skills in digital strategy, growth hacking, and online reputation management, providing him with a unique perspective in managing comprehensive marketing operations for brands.

Sharath’s career also includes his role as Head of Brand & Corporate Communications at Namdhari Seeds Private Limited (NSPL), where he managed branding and corporate communications efforts for nearly two years. His work there emphasized strategic digital communications and market research, enhancing the company’s reach within the agriculture sector. Additionally, his experience extends to notable positions at the Prestige Group in Bangalore, where he held roles such as GM-Marketing Communication and AGM-Marketing Communications, contributing to brand communications and media strategies.

Starting his career with an internship at Google, Sharath honed his social marketing skills early on, which he further developed through roles in companies like TeamWorks Media and BPL Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd. His impressive career path demonstrates a consistent focus on branding, marketing management, and communication, all critical to his new role at Mana Projects.
