Shalini Kumar has joined Kenvue as the Consumer Experience Head, bringing an impressive career in media strategy, marketing, and brand innovation. Shalini joins Kenvue from Haleon, where she served as the Area Media Lead for the ISC region since 2022. Her responsibilities there included driving media strategies and developing impactful sales strategies across the subcontinent, helping position Haleon as a leader in consumer healthcare media.
Before her time at Haleon, Shalini held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company as Vice President of Partnerships & Innovation, where she was pivotal in fostering brand partnerships and enhancing Disney’s innovation portfolio across the Indian market. Her strategic foresight and ability to foster media partnerships significantly contributed to Disney’s brand visibility and growth during her tenure.
Shalini’s journey also includes impactful roles at Star TV Network, where she served as AVP for Partnerships and Media Planning, overseeing campaigns and media buying that transformed Star’s brand presence in the region. Prior to this, Shalini honed her marketing expertise at Idea Cellular Ltd as Assistant General Manager, where her innovative strategies elevated Idea’s consumer reach and engagement across markets.
