Rajiv Bhargava Appointed Chief Financial Officer at NXTDigital Media Group

Rajiv Bhargava joins NXTDigital Media Group, a division of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. (HGS), as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing a robust track record in financial leadership across media, FMCG, and finance sectors. Rajiv’s career spans over three decades, with leadership roles at prominent organizations, including Wagh Bakri Tea Group, LEAP India, and Sony Pictures Networks. At Wagh Bakri, he managed a large team and took charge of accounts, audits, tax, treasury, budgeting, and legal functions. His role emphasized strategic finance, operational oversight, and collaboration with the board and promoters, further enhancing his expertise in corporate finance.

Before his role at Wagh Bakri, Rajiv was CFO at LEAP India, where he managed finance, compliance, and treasury functions, including capital management and investor relations. Known for his capability to drive cost efficiency and profitability, he also led legal and secretarial compliance, product pricing, and operations oversight. His work at LEAP India refined his skills in strategic planning and collaboration with financial institutions and investors, setting the stage for his contributions in digital media finance.

At Sony Pictures Networks, where he served for over 14 years, Rajiv led the Accounts and Revenue Management division, overseeing strategic and financial planning, cost control, and treasury functions. His role extended to managing sales across various channels, including Sony LIV, enhancing his digital expertise. This diverse experience across finance, digital transformation, and media operations makes Rajiv a valuable addition to NXTDigital as the company expands its digital offerings in television, OTT, and broadband.
