Nazneen Batliwalla Joins SKIL Group as HR Head
Nazneen Batliwalla has joined SKIL Group as its new HR Head, bringing over a decade of expertise in strategic human resources, culture-building initiatives, and talent management. Known for her holistic approach to employee experience, Nazneen’s career spans across leading roles in high-profile companies. Her recent experiences in managing both HR operations and special projects are expected to support SKIL Group’s growth and workplace culture initiatives.
Prior to joining SKIL Group, Nazneen served as Director of Special Projects at The Good Glamm Group, where she led strategic partnerships, community engagement, and special events for brands like MyGlamm, BabyChakra, and Sirona Hygiene. She was instrumental in creating influencer-led events and partnerships aimed at driving engagement and brand loyalty. Her focus on effective HR processes included overseeing onboarding, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities, which contributed to fostering a vibrant work environment at The Good Glamm Group.
In her earlier role as Head of Employee Experience and Category Management at Tata CLiQ Luxury, Nazneen oversaw the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and exit management. Her dual role also involved managing luxury event operations, handling category launches, and ensuring high-touch service for Tata CLiQ’s exclusive clientele. This experience allowed her to build a unique skill set that blends employee engagement with high-level customer service, aligning workforce goals with broader business objectives.
Nazneen’s HR career journey also includes pivotal roles at The Parentinc and Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, where she focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, and setting up HR teams from the ground up.
