Archana Chopda has been appointed as the Vice President of Marketing at greytHR, marking a strategic move in greytHR’s goal to expand its brand presence across India, the Middle East, and Asia. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Archana will focus on driving marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and boosting revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing efforts. She will be responsible for managing teams across fields such as digital, brand, content, and market intelligence, utilizing her rich experience to strengthen greytHR’s impact.

Archana joins greytHR after a successful tenure at Microsoft where she held key roles, including Head of Marketing for Azure & Developers and Head of Marketing for Modern Work. In these capacities, she played a pivotal role in advancing revenue marketing, customer acquisition, and retention, particularly for digital and cloud-based solutions. Archana’s expertise in brand marketing and strategic campaign management was instrumental in helping Microsoft achieve significant milestones in customer engagement and growth.

Prior to Microsoft, Archana worked at Salesforce as a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, focusing on demand generation, field marketing, and content creation. Her role at Salesforce allowed her to shape impactful marketing strategies that bolstered the company’s brand presence and drove business growth. Her innovative approach to marketing and keen insights into digital trends made her a valuable asset in Salesforce’s journey to further establish its foothold in the industry.

In addition to her corporate roles, Archana is also a founding member and advisor at the 1000 Women Initiative, where she contributes her expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to support women-focused initiatives. She has also served as a mentor at the Shell E4 Start-up Hub, advising start-ups on branding, community building, and demand creation, particularly in the sustainability sector. Her diverse portfolio and commitment to impactful causes add a valuable perspective to her role at greytHR.
