Prior to his appointment, Hardip was the Head of Human Resources & Administration at IBCC Industries, a leading US-based multinational in precision engineering. Hardip’s career also includes experience as a Human Resources Talent Management Consultant, where he provided bespoke HR solutions across a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, IT, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
