Arjun A. Sethi has recently joined HCLTech as the Chief Growth Officer for Strategic Segments, bringing with him an impressive 25-year career marked by innovation and leadership in digital transformation. In his new role, Sethi will drive growth initiatives across HCLTech’s strategic segments, leveraging his expertise in digital strategy and transformation to support the company’s expansion goals.

Prior to joining HCLTech, Sethi was a Senior Partner and Vice Chair of Digital Transformation at Kearney, where he led several high-impact initiatives for financial institutions across the Americas. During his tenure at Kearney, he held various leadership roles, including Lead Partner for Financial Institutions in the Americas and Partner Head for the APAC Region. His efforts in these positions significantly contributed to digital and operational growth strategies for Kearney’s clients, establishing him as a key figure in the industry.

In addition to his recent achievements, Sethi’s extensive background includes strategic roles with industry giants. Earlier in his career, he worked at NIIT Limited and Tata Motors, where he gained foundational experience in managing alliances and operations, setting the stage for his future leadership in global consulting.
