Sunil Khanduja Appointed Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand India

Sunil Khanduja has been appointed as the Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand India, effective November 12, 2024. In this new role, he will oversee the Compression Systems & Services business, focusing on enhancing local innovation and operational efficiency. His leadership aligns with the company’s “in the region, for the region” strategy, emphasizing tailored solutions to meet the unique demands of the Indian market.

With over two decades of industry expertise, Sunil has held leadership roles across renowned companies. At Ingersoll Rand, he previously served as Director of Operations for EMEIA, managing facilities and warehouses across multiple regions, and as Business Head, driving growth and operational excellence. Before this, he served as Plant Head at Tenneco, where he led the Pune Plant, overseeing multi-functional operations with significant profitability targets. He also held the position of Plant Head at Victora Tool Engineers and Head Manufacturing – Plant Head at Landi Renzo S.p.A., further solidifying his operational leadership capabilities.

Ingersoll Rand has been a significant player in India, offering cutting-edge products like compressed air systems, material handling equipment, and fluid management solutions. The company’s comprehensive services include maintenance and training programs aimed at ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.
