Sameer Dania Joins Celebal Technologies as Head of Global Sales for CCI

Sameer Dania has taken on a new role as the Head of Global Sales for Contact Centre Intelligence (CCI) at Celebal Technologies. With over two decades of experience in technology, cloud, and AI solutions, Sameer is poised to drive growth and innovation in the customer experience sector.

Before joining Celebal Technologies, Sameer held key leadership positions at Lumiq as Executive VP – Sales, Growth & Strategy, and Tech Mahindra as Global Head of Business Development for RPA & Platforms. He has also made significant contributions at Wipro, Nuance Communications, Philips, and Vintron.With a proven ability to deliver bold transformations and build multimillion-dollar businesses, Sameer brings a wealth of knowledge in business strategy, international business development, and technology evangelism.

In his new role at Celebal Technologies, Sameer is focused on implementing a strategy that leverages Gen AI-led transformation to enhance customer experiences through Agent Assist, Voice BOTS, Hyper Personalization, and Call Analytics.
