Nishit Parmar Joins Kotak Mahindra Bank as Associate Vice President – Product

Nishit Parmar has joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as an Associate Vice President (AVP) in Product. With a strong background in digital payments and product management, Parmar is set to bring his expertise to the forefront of Kotak Mahindra Bank’s product strategies.

Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Parmar held pivotal roles in various organizations. He served as Manager – Strategy & Innovation at IFTAS – Indian Financial Technology & Allied Services and as a Senior Associate at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). His extensive experience spans across key areas such as product development, business strategy, and operations in digital banking.In his previous role at IFTAS, Nishit Parmar served as Manager – Strategy & Innovation, where he was instrumental in aligning the organization’s strategic goals with national priorities. He played a crucial role in coordinating with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on key projects and ensured the successful implementation of innovative solutions in digital payments.

Parmar has honed his skills in regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and product strategy, making him a valuable asset in the banking sector.
