Rakesh Madia has joined InCred Financial Services as Vice President – Supply Chain Finance. With over 20 years of experience in business development and credit underwriting, Rakesh brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. Rakesh is known for his skills in team management, credit appraisal, and strategic input to collections teams. He is committed to delivering excellence in client management and ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TAT).

Before joining InCred, Rakesh held significant positions at TVS Credit Services Ltd., U GRO Capital, Hero FinCorp, and Intec Capital Limited. His expertise spans mortgage loans, supply chain finance, construction equipment financing, and commercial banking.In his previous roles, Rakesh was responsible for managing large teams, driving business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. His expertise in team management and client relations has been instrumental in the success of various projects.

In his new role, Rakesh will focus on leveraging his experience to develop strategies that enhance supply chain finance solutions at InCred. His exposure to both the Indian and UK markets positions him well to drive growth and innovation.
