Before joining Hexaware Technologies, Saurabh gained valuable experience at VFS Global Services, where he managed transitions for Information Services, and at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where he led solution design and transitions. His responsibilities included designing transition solutions, managing teams, and overseeing contract negotiations.
