His appointment comes at a time when JSW Energy continues to strengthen its commercial and procurement capabilities to support large-scale generation assets and future growth initiatives across thermal and renewable portfolios.

In his new role, Nitin will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing, procurement optimisation, and commercial governance, while strengthening vendor partnerships and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory frameworks. Earlier in his career, Nitin held critical roles with Jhabua Power Limited, STEAG Energy Services (India) Pvt. With his hands-on experience in power sector procurement, digital transformation, and commercial strategy, he is well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to the company’s evolving energy portfolio and long-term value creation agenda.
