With over a decade of experience in international sales, marketing, and business development, Santanu brings deep expertise in handling global patient flows, referral networks, and market expansion strategies. Prior to joining MGM Healthcare, Santanu served as Deputy Manager – International Business at Birla Fertility & IVF (CK Birla Group), where he played a critical role in international sales and growth initiatives. He also held similar growth-focused roles at AMRI Hospitals and CK Birla Hospital, contributing to international marketing, partnerships, and brand visibility across multiple geographies.
Earlier in his career, Santanu built a strong foundation at leading healthcare organizations such as Fortis Healthcare, HCAH India, Max Healthcare, and Artemis Hospitals, gaining extensive exposure to international patient care services and medical tourism operations.
