Yash Beriwal has been elevated to Assistant Vice President at Barclays, where he continues to build on his experience in financial control and regulatory reporting. In his current role, he is responsible for strengthening financial oversight, enhancing reconciliation frameworks, and ensuring accuracy in internal financial reporting across global operations.

Before taking on this role, Yash served as Assistant Manager at Barclays, where he was part of the Intercompany Reconciliation team supporting structured financial operations and high-volume control processes. Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst with the FX Options Product Control desk, gaining hands-on experience in trade validation, P&L attribution, exposure monitoring, and portfolio reporting for investment banking products.

Yash began his early professional experience with HDFC Bank as a Summer Intern, where he developed foundational understanding of retail banking workflows, customer engagement models, and financial service delivery. This experience contributed to his analytical perspective and structured approach to financial process management.

He holds a B.Com (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi, and completed his PGDM in Finance and Marketing from IMI Bhubaneswar. With a strong academic base and progressive experience in banking finance operations, Yash continues to build a career focused on financial governance, risk control, and operational integrity.
