Archana Trikha has joined Taggd as Associate Vice President, where she will be driving strategic talent delivery, large-scale recruitment operations, and client engagement initiatives. In this role, she is focused on strengthening end-to-end hiring programs, optimizing recruitment processes, and shaping talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Before this, Archana spent nearly a decade at Korn Ferry, where she held progressive leadership roles across project delivery, talent operations, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) management. As Project Manager, she led discovery phases, team structuring, workflow design, and performance improvement plans to ensure seamless recruitment delivery across key client accounts. She also served as Project Leader, overseeing multiple domestic and global RPO initiatives across BFSI, consumer, and manufacturing sectors.
Earlier in her tenure at Korn Ferry, Archana played a key role in HR, admin, and operational functions, contributing to organizational development, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Her work supported the effective scaling of operations and enhanced alignment across internal teams and client partners.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Archana gained leadership and HR operations experience through roles at Dow, 3 Global Services Private Limited (A Hutchison Whampoa Co.), Bay Technologies Consulting Group, and GE Capital International Services. With over two decades of experience across talent consulting, operations management, and people leadership, Archana brings a proven ability to drive recruitment excellence and build collaborative, performance-focused teams.
