Mubashir Khan has joined Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems as Senior Manager – Human Resources, where he is leading the HR Department. In this role, he is focusing on building a high-engagement culture, streamlining HR systems, and integrating HR practices that support the organization’s mission.
Prior to this, Mubashir served as Head of Human Resources at Argus Partners (Solicitors & Advocates).There, he led the HR Function in terms of transformation roadmaps, drove employee engagement programs, strengthened organizational policies, optimized performance management and implemented automation-driven efficiency across HR operations. His role required close collaboration with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, productivity enhancement, and culture-building initiatives.
Earlier, Mubashir worked with Trilegal as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where he managed end-to-end HR operations, SAP SuccessFactors implementation, payroll oversight, performance review cycles, policy execution, and employee experience programs across a hybrid workforce. He also contributed to HR process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
He began his HR journey through key roles at Publicis Media, RBS, and Capita India, gaining strong grounding in talent management, HR analytics, employee lifecycle operations, and process governance. With more than a decade of rich and diverse HR experience, Mubashir is recognized for his strategic HR mindset, people-first leadership style, and ability to drive scalable HR frameworks that enable organizational growth and employee well-being.
