Prasita Prasad appointed as Head of Human Resources at adesso India. In this position, they will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, building people-centric policies, and strengthening organizational culture to support business growth and employee development.
Prior to this, they served as Human Resources Business Partner at SOTI, where they partnered closely with business leaders to support talent strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Their contributions played a key role in enabling high-performance teams and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Before joining SOTI, they spent over three years at IBS Software as Senior Human Resources Manager, where they worked across talent development, leadership enablement, capability building and HR transformation initiatives. During this tenure, they also supported IBS Foundation as Interim Centre Head for the Future Point initiative, further expanding their experience in learning, development and community-building programs.
Earlier in their career, they held leadership responsibilities at MariApps Marine Solutions and UST, where they managed HR operations, resource planning, compensation, talent retention, and employee lifecycle management. Their diverse experience across global technology and digital solution companies reflects a strong track record of supporting scale, transformation and organizational growth.
