Rohan Bhanushali appointed as Senior Human Resources Manager at DryChem India Pvt. Ltd., marking an exciting milestone in his career journey within HR business partnering and talent acquisition. Based in Mumbai, Rohan now leads national HR operations, aligning HR strategy with business priorities while supporting large-scale sales and functional teams.
In his current mandate, Rohan is responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HRBP responsibilities at a national level. His focus remains on strengthening people processes, enhancing employee experience, and partnering closely with leadership to enable organizational growth. This role also allows him to contribute directly to talent planning, grievance management, capability building, and retention strategy.
Before joining DryChem, Rohan played a key role at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where he served as Senior HR Manager, managing HRBP responsibilities for 500+ employees and leading hiring for frontline and mid-management roles. His efforts in attrition control, employee engagement, and designing process improvements were instrumental in strengthening HR operations across business units.
With experience across financial services, insurance, BPO, and corporate HR—including roles with Fullerton India, People Interactive, Karvy, Wipro, and Coppergate Consultants—Rohan has built a career defined by adaptability, people-centric execution, and strategic talent alignment. He brings a strong understanding of HR frameworks combined with deep on-ground execution experience.
