Before joining Jakson Group, Shweta contributed significantly to global talent and leadership development initiatives during her distinguished tenure at Concentrix, where she spent nearly 13 years in roles spanning Learning & Development, Global Talent Partnership, and People Leadership. Her work focused on leadership coaching, organizational culture building, diversity programs, and performance transformation—making her a trusted advisor to mid and senior leadership teams.
Shweta also brings deep experience from her 15+ years with IBM Global Process Services, where she worked across recruitment, learning interventions, and later project management across global markets. With expertise in stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and professional capability building, she successfully enabled talent programs that aligned with business outcomes and future capability needs.
Earlier in her career, she built strong foundations in training, behavioral skill enablement, and people development through roles at WNS Global Services and Convergys, where she designed and facilitated programs that supported professional readiness and role-transition success.
