groups. Before joining Agrawal Metal Works, he served as GM-IT/CIO at Chiripal
Group
, playing a central role in designing enterprise IT roadmaps, modernizing
core systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives that boosted
operational efficiency. His leadership in budgeting, technology implementation,
and multi-site IT governance contributed significantly to the Group’s
operational advancement.


Prior to Chiripal Group, Nikhilesh held the role of AGM-IT/CIO at CKA Birla
Group
, where he directed enterprise cybersecurity, compliance frameworks,
business process digitization, and technology alignment with organizational
goals. His initiatives strengthened IT resilience, enhanced decision-making
through data-driven systems, and ensured the organisation remained
competitive through technology-led innovation.


Nikhilesh’s eight-year journey at Hi-Tech Metal Formings – India further shaped
his expertise, where he progressed through roles including Head-IT, Senior IT
Manager, and IT Manager. During this period, he led cybersecurity programs,
SAP initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and cross-functional IT teams. His
contributions enabled seamless automation, enhanced data governance, and
stronger IT-business integration across the company’s operations.


He began his career with WRMSIL as EDP Manager and later with IBM as
Network Engineer, building foundational strengths in enterprise systems,
networking, IT operations, and technical troubleshooting. These early
experiences created a robust technical base that now supports his strategic
technology leadership. His appointment at Agrawal Metal Works marks a
significant step in the company’s mission to adopt next-generation technologies
and strengthen its digital backbone for long-term growth.
