Sourabh Tiwari has been elevated to Assistant Vice President at EXL. In this role, he continues to lead initiatives in GenAI, digital transformation, hyper-automation, and low-code/no-code solutioning, bringing innovation and efficiency to enterprise operations through technology-driven strategies.
With nearly four years at EXL, Sourabh has previously served as Senior Manager, overseeing automation and AI-based implementation projects. His leadership in RPA and intelligent automation has been instrumental in enhancing process optimization for global clients, particularly within the insurance domain.
Prior to joining EXL, he worked with Tech Mahindra Business Services as an Associate Business Consultant, contributing to digital transformation initiatives across sectors. He also held key roles at R Systems International Limited, where he specialized in OCR template design and automation frameworks for European clients.
Sourabh began his professional journey with HCL Infosystems Ltd. as Project Coordinator, managing data management and implementation projects, followed by early experience with Esyl Telecom Pvt. Ltd. where he worked on RF network design and project execution. His career reflects a consistent focus on leveraging automation and AI to drive scalable business outcomes.
