His decade-long tenure at Walko Food Company saw him progress from Production Manager to AGM – Projects, NPD & QA, where he led initiatives to scale production capacity, optimize costs, and expand product portfolios with innovation-driven growth.
Prior to Walko, Prashant built strong global exposure through leadership roles in UAE, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan, managing end-to-end operations, workforce performance, safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and HACCP/GMP implementation.
