Aarthi Srinath appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at Zuci Systems, bringing with her over two decades of expertise in B2B marketing, brand strategy, and growth consulting. In her current mandate, she leads the organization’s marketing and presales functions, shaping strategy, structure, and storytelling to drive business expansion and strengthen Zuci’s brand presence in global markets.
Aarthi is also the Managing Partner at Inception Business Services, a growth-marketing and consulting firm she cofounded and built into a trusted partner for over 300 clients across India, Europe, the US, Singapore, the UAE, and the UK. Over nearly a decade, she has worked closely with founders and CXOs to craft brand positioning, define digital roadmaps, lead content and digital marketing programs, and drive demand generation for both B2B and B2C businesses. Her work has consistently helped companies find clarity in their narrative, confidence in their value proposition, and direction in their growth strategy.
Before building Inception, Aarthi operated as an independent consultant, where she shaped brand journeys for early-stage startups—from creating foundational brand identities to designing full-funnel marketing plans. Earlier, as Vice President – Marketing at String Real Estate Information Services and Senior Brand Manager – Corporate Marketing at Cognizant Technology Solutions, she led high-impact portfolios across employee branding, campus engagement, internal communications, corporate events, analyst relations, and APAC-wide brand alignment.
Aarthi began her career as a Software Engineer at Infosys before moving into marketing leadership roles at Cognizant and later managing marketing transformation at KSV Constructions. Across all her roles, she has built a reputation as a brand thinker, growth enabler, and trusted advisor. With her diverse experience, global exposure, and passion for strategic storytelling, she continues to influence the marketing ecosystem while actively writing on B2B marketing, growth mindset, and brand-building.
