His tenure at Disney+ Hotstar saw him leading brand communications across the US, Canada, and the UK—expanding Hotstar’s voice and equity in global markets.

Rupesh’s earlier leadership journey includes creative and brand strategy roles at BBH India, Mullen Lowe Lintas, Jack in the Box Worldwide, Pinstorm, Grey, and Experience Commerce, where he built integrated campaigns for Cadbury, Tata Group, Axe, Allen Solly, Under Armour, Airtel, Zee, UNICEF, ABInBev, and more. With a foundation in creative thinking and a trajectory that evolved into marketing leadership, he has developed a rare capability mix—strategy, content, culture intelligence, and influence-led digital storytelling.
