Sneha’s association with Sinch spans more than four years, during which she has contributed across multiple roles including Content Marketing Manager, Content Lead, and most recently Senior Manager. Her progression reflects her deep understanding of brand storytelling, digital communication ecosystems, and strategy-led marketing execution in the rapidly evolving B2B technology and communication space.
Before joining Sinch, Sneha worked with Elara Group (Housing, PropTiger & Makaan) where she served in content leadership roles, contributing to industry communication, audience engagement frameworks, and content-led digital positioning. Her earlier editorial and communication experience includes roles as Principal Correspondent, Senior Correspondent, and Deputy Manager — building a strong foundation in storytelling, media strategy, and domain-led content direction.
Sneha’s career began with opportunities across global and national communication environments, including NetApp, UNICEF, CNN-News18, and Pareeksha Theatre, where she gained exposure to content documentation, narrative building, public communication, and campaign structure. Her work spans journalism, content design, digital strategy, editorial leadership, and brand messaging — enabling her to operate at the intersection of storytelling and strategic business impact.
In her new role at Sinch, Sneha is expected to continue strengthening the organisation’s marketing engine, scaling its strategic blueprint, and leading initiatives that deepen category leadership, brand recall, and customer-centric narrative influence.
