In her new dual role, Dr. Lahari will oversee end-to-end unit operations while leading quality frameworks, clinical governance, and process standardisation across the group. Prior to joining Ovum Group of Hospitals, Dr. Lahari built a strong leadership foundation across some of India’s most reputed healthcare institutions. She served as Business Head at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, where she played a key role in driving growth, operational performance, and patient experience. Her earlier roles include Medical Operations Head at Motherhood Hospitals and Clinical Excellence Manager at Fortis Hospitals, where she was instrumental in strengthening clinical quality, accreditation standards, and care delivery models. Dr. Lahari’s journey also spans patient care coordination, academic roles as a lecturer, and training healthcare professionals in the language of medicine—giving her a rare blend of clinical understanding, operational depth, and educational insight.
