Gajanan Patil Appointed as Chief of Operations at H&H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt Ltd. In his new capacity, Gajanan will oversee a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit specializing in tablets, capsules, powders, and softgels—a facility that proudly holds USFDA registration and certifications from BRCGS, NSF GMP, and SEDEX. His leadership will be instrumental in elevating operational standards and reinforcing H&H Healthcare’s commitment to global benchmarks of safety, quality, and sustainability.
Gajanan brings with him a rich and diverse career spanning over two decades across India’s leading FMCG and food manufacturing companies. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Operations at Parag Milk Foods, where he led supply chain optimization, sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives for over two years. His previous entrepreneurial venture, Healthntasty Snacking, reflected his deep expertise in business strategy, e-commerce, and food operations.
Earlier in his career, Gajanan held leadership roles with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Mondelez International, and Marico Limited, where he drove large-scale operations, factory turnarounds, and process excellence programs. His tenure at these organizations was marked by a consistent focus on team management, operational efficiency, and performance transformation, demonstrating his ability to align business objectives with sustainable growth.
