Hari Janardhanan has emerged as a seasoned finance and investment leader, currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at Prisma AI, where he leads the Finance and Investment functions across the Group’s Singapore and India operations. Based in Bengaluru, his role places him at the intersection of capital strategy, corporate finance, and artificial intelligence-led business growth, supporting Prisma AI’s ambitions in a rapidly evolving global technology landscape.
In his current position, Hari is responsible for driving investment strategy, financial governance, valuation, capital markets engagement, and M&A initiatives, while enabling new business opportunities aligned with the Group’s long-term vision. His ability to blend traditional investment banking expertise with emerging AI-driven business models positions him as a key strategic partner to leadership, helping scale operations with financial discipline and strategic clarity.
Prior to Prisma AI, Hari spent close to eight years at EY, where he rose to Executive Director – Strategy & Transactions. As the GDS MENA Region SaT Leader, he supported Transaction & Corporate Finance and EY-Parthenon services across the region, leading complex engagements in valuation, due diligence, restructuring, and corporate strategy. Earlier, he played a pivotal role as a MENA regional account leader, managing large, high-performing teams and advising clients across energy, oil & gas, and mid-market segments in Qatar and the wider MENA region.
Hari’s career foundation is deeply rooted in global finance and advisory leadership, with significant stints at Capitalianz as Executive Director – M&A Advisory, HDFC Limited as Country Head for Saudi Arabia, and consulting roles at Deloitte and EY early in his career. With over two decades of experience spanning M&A, private equity, fund management, cross-border investments, and corporate strategy, his journey reflects a consistent trajectory of leadership, global exposure, and value creation across industries and geographies.
