His journey includes impactful roles at Vastu Finserve India Private Limited (Executive Vice President & Head – Vehicle Finance Business), SK Finance Ltd (National Business Head), Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, CK Motors, Cargo Motors Rajasthan Pvt Ltd, Magma Leasing Ltd, and Shriram Finance Limited shaping a career defined by scale-building, business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic leadership across India’s financial ecosystem.
Before stepping into this new mandate, Harish played a transformative role at Vastu Finserve India Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Vehicle Finance Business. Under his leadership, the organisation built a robust team of 2,000+ professionals, expanded a branch network to 75+ hubs and SPOC locations, and achieved ₹2,500 Cr AUM in just five years, while maintaining strong portfolio quality with GNPA below 2%. His strategic focus on used vehicle financing, refinancing, and risk excellence helped establish a scalable and sustainable business model.
His leadership journey also includes pivotal roles at SK Finance, Fullerton India, AU Small Finance Bank, and other leading financial institutions, where he contributed to business expansion across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, and beyond. From setting up new geographies to hiring and mentoring teams, Harish has consistently demonstrated his ability to build growth engines from the ground up through disciplined execution, vision-driven planning, and sharp market understanding.
