Prashant Jadhav has been appointed as the Vice President – Operations at Centre for Sight, where he now leads strategic operational, financial, and performance-focused initiatives across the Maharashtra Region. In this pivotal role, he will oversee P&L management, service excellence, centre-level efficiency improvements, and the implementation of digitally enabled workflows. His leadership will also be central to strengthening governance mechanisms, building scalable processes, and enhancing clinical–administrative alignment to support Centre for Sight’s mission of delivering accessible, high-quality eye care across India.

In his new mandate, Prashant is responsible for driving operational optimisation, setting up robust performance matrices, and accelerating the rollout of new centres across the region. He will also focus on improving patient experience by enhancing service delivery standards, integrating automation tools, and streamlining end-to-end operations. His emphasis on sustainable, technology-driven growth is expected to further elevate Centre for Sight’s operational excellence and expand its footprint efficiently and consistently.

Prashant’s nearly two decades of healthcare operations experience bring immense value to his new role. Prior to joining Centre for Sight, he served as Cluster Head at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, where he managed multi-location operations, operational governance, financial planning, risk management, and service delivery excellence. Under his leadership, the cluster achieved improvements in patient throughput, team performance, operational compliance, and integrated healthcare delivery systems—ensuring strong alignment between medical and administrative functions.

His earlier tenure as Service Delivery Manager at Shivam Medisoft Services further strengthened his expertise in healthcare technology and digital transformation. He successfully led HMIS and HRMS implementations across the Sahyadri Group of Hospitals while collaborating with EY, KPMG, and Everstone on automation, process improvement, and operational maturity models. This experience enriched his ability to integrate technology into healthcare workflows and build agile, high-performing operational ecosystems.

Prashant’s career also includes impactful roles such as Group Administrator at SRV Hospitals, Administrative Manager at Asian Heart Institute, and Senior Team Manager at NDS InfoServ. Across these positions, he gained deep exposure to hospital administration, emergency preparedness, billing systems, compliance frameworks, patient handling, performance governance, and multi-department coordination. His broad and diverse operational expertise positions him as a transformative leader who will drive service excellence and operational strength at Centre for Sight.
