In his current role at Naxatra Labs, Vijay is responsible for leading the HR and administrative charter, with a sharp focus on organizational effectiveness, governance, infrastructure, and employee experience. His mandate spans strategic HR leadership, administration, budgeting, compliance, vendor management, and facilities operations—ensuring that the organization’s people and processes scale seamlessly in alignment with business goals.
Prior to this, Vijay spent over eight impactful years at iCreate – International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology, where he served as Head – HR & Administration. During his tenure, he played a critical role in campus establishment, operational expansion, cost optimization, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management. His work was instrumental in building robust administrative systems, managing large-scale facilities, and supporting the growth of a dynamic innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, Vijay dedicated more than a decade to the Centre for Organization Development as Head of Administration, where he led strategic planning, infrastructure management, crisis response, and continuous improvement initiatives. With foundational experience across education, consulting, and institutional operations, his career reflects a consistent commitment to organizational excellence.
