His work was instrumental in building robust administrative systems, managing large-scale facilities, and supporting the growth of a dynamic innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Earlier in his career, Vijay dedicated more than a decade to the Centre for Organization Development as Head of Administration, where he led strategic planning, infrastructure management, crisis response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
