Having spent more than a decade at Rishabh Software, Maulik has held progressive roles from QA Engineer to Senior Test Manager and now AVP. Over the years, he has led multiple global delivery teams through strategic QA transformations, implemented agile testing frameworks, and championed DevOps-aligned test automation practices. Prior to joining Rishabh Software, Maulik honed his QA expertise with YOSA Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Avinashi Systems Pvt.
