Mukesh Sadhu appointed as Senior Manager – Logistics at JSW Cement. With over a decade of experience leading logistics operations across major cement and construction manufacturing organisations, his transition represents a strategic milestone for the brand’s growing supply chain efficiency and market presence.
Prior to joining JSW Cement, Mukesh made a strong mark in key logistics roles across prominent industry leaders such as Shree Cement Ltd., Ambuja Cement, Dalmia Bharat Group, and UltraTech Cement, where he led large-scale outbound logistics, secondary transport operations, warehouse movement, cost optimisation, fleet coordination and vendor enablement. His tenure across multiple states—Rajasthan, Gujarat, Assam and Uttarakhand—equipped him with valuable regional expertise and a deep understanding of complex distribution ecosystems in the cement industry.
Mukesh’s experience also spans strategic freight management, route optimisation, SAP and digital dispatch systems, safety governance, fleet performance monitoring and stakeholder integration across plant operations, depots, fleet partners and sales teams. His approach has consistently focused on improving OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) deliveries, strengthening customer service levels, and enhancing supply chain productivity.
Starting his career with R.K. Marble and growing through operational, analytical and leadership roles, Mukesh’s journey demonstrates grit, adaptability and a clear commitment to logistics excellence. Now at JSW Cement, he will be leading logistics strategy and operations for the Rajasthan region, focusing on scale, compliance, cost discipline and customer experience.
